Peter Fonseca, CRP
President
Peter has been in relocation for over 13 years designing software, tax gross-up systems, and expense
management processes. Since 2002, he has overseen operations and business development at Orion Mobility.
Having expanded the company into new markets in technology and government relocation, Peter is now working
with Orion’s worldwide corporate clients on software and service innovations. Peter holds his CRP (Certified
Relocation Professional) designation, is a member of Employee Relocation Council (ERC), New Jersey Relocation
Council (NJRC), and Delaware Valley Relocation Council (DVRC). He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.

Sean Liao
Vice President, Technology
Sean is a 10-year veteran of Orion Mobility and is the original
system architect of the ServiceCoordinator suite of software
applications. As Senior Consultant at Information Management Group, he worked in partnership
with companies such as Microsoft Consulting Services and Anderson Consulting (now Accenture)
to develop and implement software and infrastructure solutions for Fortune 500 companies. An alumnus of the University of
Illinois, Sean oversees and directs U.S and China-based software operations at Orion Mobility.

Michael Sanderson
Director of Technology
Michael has been with Orion Mobility since 1999. He is one of the original architects
that designed and developed Orion's ServiceCoordinator software. His current responsibilities
include managing and servicing client relationships, managing Orion's internal infrastructure and
overseeing Orion's team of software developers. Prior to joining Orion Mobility, he spent 7 years
in the consulting industry developing enterprise applications for fortune 500 clients. He is an
alumnus of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.

Stacey Bland
Director of Operations
Stacey oversees the operations of Orion Mobility's expense management and software support departments.
She has been with Orion Mobility since 1998 and was the original Team Leader for the development and testing of
reloviews™ software. Stacey was also the previous Senior Manager of Orion’s expense management department,
supervising the team of tax analysts for Fortune 500 clients. Stacey is an alumnus of the University of Connecticut.

Barbara Venezia
Director of Customer Relations
Barbara’s knowledge of relocation software and expense management services is unmatched in the industry.
Barbara is a key resource in relocation, having held positions in outsourcing services, client financial services,
product development, business development, and client relations. She joined Orion Mobility in 1992, working in
various key areas within the company. Barbara holds a Bachelor degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College and earned
a CRP designation in 2001.
